Dana Mele, Amelia Brunskill, Lyndsay Ely, and Erin Callahan at Porter Square Books 8/19 3pm
I'm finally heading back to Boston! Along with Amelia Brunskill, author of The Window, Lyndsay Ely, author of Gunslinger Girl, and Erin Callahan, author of The Art of Escaping. We'll be talking books and signing books- and if you can't make the event you can order a signed copy!
I'm so excited to be doing an event at Porter Square Books- right around the corner from my old apartment. Hope to see some familiar faces!
I'm very excited to announce my first official book festival appearance!
I'll be at the 2018 Rochester Teen Book Festival in Rochester, NY with a ton of other great authors!
Details and schedule to come!
Over the past ten years, the Greater Rochester Teen Book Festival has been an opportunity for public and school librarians to dedicate an event solely to teens, to encourage reading some of the best titles aimed at young adults, and to offer a place where readers can interact with award-winning authors. The Teen Book Fest demonstrates the value of teens within our literary communities and focuses attention on the authors who write for them.
The closing event of the NYC Teen Author Festival will be a huge book signing at Books of Wonder with over 50 authors signing. I'll be there from 2:30-3!

I'll be on the evolution of a writer panel from 3:25 to 4:10pm, but there are great panels going on from 1-5 as part of the festival.

There will be delightful treats and wonderful surprises, and maybe a shocking twist.
There may not be a shocking twist.
But who's to say?
I hope to see you there.
7pm 2.28.18
There will be books.
On February 27, 2018, my book will be released into the wild world!
It's exciting and scary and I couldn't be more thrilled!
What a lovely day for a book birthday.
I will be signing ARCs at New York Comic Con at booth 2104-G!
This is my first time at NYCC and my first signing, so I'm super excited!
Hope to see some of you all there!
Part of an author Q & A I participated in was filmed for an Emmy award-winning local TV show, and I was even quoted briefly in the final cut! It's amazing to see the hard work these 8th graders put in to complete the NaNoWriMo challenge--something many adults don't do. Many thanks to Kristy Shurina at Bridgewater Raritan for putting this wonderful learning experience together for the young authors.
